Spillway Trail is a cross-country ski route in the Hood River Ranger District of Mt. Hood National Forest in Oregon, managed by the Forest Service. It is a short out-and-back, about 0.44 miles long, with a total climb of 75 feet and a total descent of 75 feet. The trail starts at about 4,376 feet and reaches a high point of 4,377 feet, so the elevation change is minimal. Summer is the most comfortable time to ski here. Typical averages from the nearby Government Camp weather station show July and August highs around 69 to 70°F with only about four wet days a month, while winter months bring highs in the mid-30s and rain on most days. Mountain View Trail and Gray Jay Trail both lie about 0.1 mile away. For an overnight stay, Badger Lake and Alpine Campground are each about 3.5 to 3.8 miles off.
