Kramer Memorial Trail is a short, out-and-back mountain biking route in Oswald West State Park in Oregon, on city-managed land. The trail is about 0.34 miles long, with a total climb of 267 feet and a high point of 132 feet. The steepest stretch comes at about 0.11 miles, with a grade of 21 percent. Summer is the most comfortable time to ride. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Seaside show July and August highs around 65 to 66°F, with only about seven wet days a month. Winter is much wetter, with 21 or more wet days a month from December through March. The trail sits among several other routes. Cape Falcon Trail and Sitka Spruce Trail are each about 0.1 miles away, and Elk Flats Trail is about 0.2 miles off. Paddlers can find Short Sand Creek about 1.4 miles away.
