Lakes Loop Tie is a short, easy hike in the Paisley Ranger District of Oregon's Fremont-Winema National Forest, about 0.4 miles long with a total elevation gain of 131 feet. The trail is managed by the Forest Service and is open year-round, with an estimated half-hour to complete. The route starts at about 7,984 feet and climbs to a high point of 8,137 feet, with the steepest stretch at about 0.06 miles in. The trail is natural-surfaced and allows both horses and bikes. It is not an accessible trail. Lakes Loop and Dead Cow Trail both lie about 0.9 miles away, and Cross Over Spur is about a mile off. For an overnight stay, Deadhorse Lake Campground is about a mile from the trail.
