Dellenback Bike Path is an 11-mile loop in the Diamond Lake Ranger District of Oregon's Umpqua National Forest. The trail is paved, and it is both bike-friendly and accessible, making it a practical choice for riders and visitors with mobility needs. The loop gains about 434 feet in elevation, starting and ending at roughly 5,185 feet, with the high point at about 5,376 feet. The steepest stretch lies around mile 9.5, where the grade reaches about 19%. Summer and early fall are the most comfortable times to go. Typical averages from a nearby weather station at Chemult show July highs around 83°F and September highs near 75°F, with only two or three wet days a month from July through September. The station sits about 600 feet lower than the trail, so temperatures up high run cooler. The Forest Service lists the open season as June 1 through October 31. North Crater is less than a mile away, and the Spruce Ridge Trail and Diamond Lake campground are each about 1.1 miles off. Thielsen View Campground is roughly 1.6 miles away.
