Clearwater Falls Campground is a Forest Service campground in the Diamond Lake Ranger District of Oregon's Umpqua National Forest. It sits about 0.1 mile from its own upper section, which makes it easy to pair with a second site if you want to spread out. Summer is the most comfortable time to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station show July and August highs around 79°F with only about four wet days a month, while winter brings highs in the upper 30s and regular snow from December through February. Vault toilets are the only amenity listed. A fee is charged for stays. Several other campgrounds and trails lie within a few miles. Stump Lake and Millsite are both about 3 miles away, and the North Umpqua River offers canoeing roughly 4.5 miles off.
