Mountain Bike Trail is an easy out-and-back hike in Keehner Park, a city-managed land unit in Ohio, about a mile from the town of Hamilton. The trail is short and gentle, with a total length of about 2.4 miles and a round-trip elevation gain of 278 feet, peaking at 843 feet. The climb is steepest near the start, with a 6% grade at about 0.08 miles, and the trail is a low-effort outing for a walk or ride through the park. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station show May highs around 75°F and October highs near 68°F, while July highs reach about 87°F. The station sits roughly 200 feet below the trail's high point, so expect conditions on the route to run a little cooler. The trail sits just 0.1 mile from Keehner Walking Trail and Keehner Inner Loop, so it pairs easily with those routes. Farther afield, Mill Creek offers canoeing about 6 miles away, and Winton Woods has river fishing at under 9 miles.
