Lakeview is an easy out-and-back hike in the Athens Ranger District of Wayne National Forest in Ohio, managed by the Forest Service. The trail is about 2 miles long, with a total climb of about 420 feet, and it is rated easy. The route is natural-surfaced and not accessible. Bikes and horses are not allowed. The climb is rolling, with the steepest stretch at about 0.14 miles in, where the grade reaches about 11 percent. For comfortable weather, aim for late spring or early fall.
