Robotto Boulder is a bouldering area in North Carolina, about 2 miles from the town of Capella. It sits among a cluster of climbing spots, with Stigmata Boulder and Circus Roof Boulder each about 0.1 mile away and Two Mile Boulderfield about 0.2 mile off. The closest hike is Torys Den Trail, also about 0.2 mile away. The area has five bouldering routes, all rated between V1 and V4 on the V scale. The Winchester is the easiest at V1, and Lurp is the hardest at V4. The routes are all boulders, so there is no climbing on rock faces here. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Danbury show October highs around 70°F with lows near 47°F, and April is similar at about 70°F by day and 44°F at night. That station sits roughly 1,000 feet lower than the boulders, so temperatures at the climbing area run cooler.
