Narrows Vista Boulder is a climbing area on the Prospect Mountain Parkway in New York, managed by the State Department of Conservation. It sits among a cluster of climbing spots along the parkway, with Rattlesnake Cobble about 0.4 miles away and Prospect Mountain about 0.5 miles away. Late spring and early fall are the most comfortable times to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station at Glens Falls Farm show May highs around 71°F and September highs around 74°F, with July the warmest month at about 84°F. That station sits roughly 500 feet lower than the parkway, so temperatures at the climbing area run a little cooler.
