The Cliffdale-Teatown Trail is a short, easy hike of about 0.77 miles on Teatown Lake Reservation Land in New York, managed by a non-governmental organization. The route is a point-to-point walk with a back-loaded climb, rising from about 287 feet to 412 feet. The steepest stretch comes at about 0.39 miles in, with a grade of 11 percent, and the trail ends with a net loss of about 229 feet. Late spring and early fall are the most comfortable times to go. Typical averages from a nearby weather station show May highs around 70°F and September highs around 74°F, with July the warmest month at about 83°F. Several other trails sit close by. Cliffdale Loop and Catamount Hill Loop are each about 0.3 miles away, and Lakeside Loop is about 0.8 miles off. Paddlers can reach the Croton River about 1.2 miles away.
