Fisherman Canyon is a 2-mile out-and-back hike in the Aldo Leopold Wilderness, part of the Black Range Ranger District of Gila National Forest in New Mexico. The trail rises from about 8,100 feet to about 8,900 feet, a climb of 745 feet, and is rated easy. The Forest Service manages the land, and the trail is open year-round. The route is natural-surface and not accessible. Horses are allowed, but bikes are not. The North Fork Palomas Trail #105 starts just 0.1 mile away, and the Byers Run Trail #813, Circle Seven Trail #106 and Upper Main Diamond Trail #40 are all within about 2.5 miles.
