Ccc Road is an easy hike in the Sandia Ranger District of Cibola National Forest in New Mexico, about 1.8 miles long and gaining roughly 228 feet in elevation. The trail is an out-and-back, starting and ending at the same low point of 6,616 feet and reaching a high of 6,841 feet. The Forest Service manages the land, and the route's natural surface makes it a straightforward walk. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to go. Typical averages from the Sandia Park weather station, about 6.9 miles away, show May highs around 73°F and October highs near 65°F. Summer runs warmer, with June and July averaging highs of about 83°F, while winter highs there stay in the low to mid 40s. The trail is open year-round, and the area around it is well developed for more time on foot or on rock. The Drinking Fountain and Tierra Monte West Trail sit within a quarter mile, and the Juan Tabo PG climbing area and Sandy Arroyo are each about 0.4 miles away.
