Warmup Area is a bouldering area within Pawtuckaway State Park in New Hampshire, managed by the State Department of Natural Resources. It sits among a cluster of climbing spots, with Method Area, Rainforest Boulder (Valley Boulders) and Swirley Boulder all about 0.1 mile away. The area holds 25 bouldering routes, all rated on the V scale from V0- up to V9. The easiest are Annie Oh at V0- and Eurotrash at V1, while B Becca is the hardest at V9. Sloper Sport, a V6+ boulder, was first climbed by Dave Jacobson. Summer is the most comfortable time to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Epping run to highs around 82°F in July, with September still near 73°F. Winters are cold, with January highs around 33°F. The Blair Loop Trail and Oak Trail are both about 0.3 mile away, and the Fundy Trail is about 1.1 mile off.
