The Kragle is a climbing area in Nevada on Bureau of Land Management land within the Red Rock/Sloan Field Office. It sits among a cluster of climbing spots, with The Fringe and Your Wall each about 0.1 mile away and Calico Peaks about 0.2 mile off. The area is also close to the Calico Basin Trail, which lies roughly 0.8 mile away. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station show April highs around 70°F and October highs around 75°F, while July and August average in the mid-90s. That station sits about 680 feet lower than the Kragle, so temperatures at the climbing area run a little cooler. The routes here are mostly sport, with two trad options. The grade range runs from 5.9 up to 5.12, and some of the named routes include Wyldstyle at 5.9, President Business at 5.12, and Unikitty at 5.11a.
