Bleu Cheese Boulder is a bouldering area within the Bridge Canyon Wilderness, inside Lake Mead National Recreation Area in southern Nevada. The National Park Service manages the land, and the boulders sit in a cluster of climbing spots close to the Christmas Tree Pass area. The area's five boulder problems range from V1 to V2-3, with most sitting in the V1+ range. They are all named after cheese: Monterey, Provolone, Little Spikey Friend, Swiss Cheese and Smoked Gouda. The first ascents of most of them were done by Sam Elander. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to go. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Searchlight run from highs around 73°F in April to 77°F in October, with summer highs climbing into the mid-90s. Other climbing is close by. Christmas Tree Pass Bouldering is about 0.1 mile away, and Frock Rock and Dali Dome are each about 0.2 to 0.3 mile off. For a walk, Grapevine Canyon Trail lies about 2.4 miles away.
