Reno Vista Trail is a short, easy hike in Nevada's Rancho San Rafael Regional Park, about 0.6 miles from the Carson Ranger District of the Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest. The trail is on county land, and the round trip is about 1.2 miles with a total climb of 397 feet. The most comfortable months are late spring and early fall. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Reno show May highs around 72°F and October highs around 68°F, while July and August average in the low 90s. The trail sits close to several other outdoor spots. Keystone Boulder and the Rancho Connector Trail are each about 0.2 miles away, and the Keystone Loop is about 0.3 miles off. Alum Creek, a paddling spot, is about 3.3 miles away.
