Main Crag is a climbing area in Montana on Bureau of Land Management land within the Butte Field Office. It sits among several other crags, with Allenspur and Boundary Crag each about 0.1 mile away, and 7-11 Crag at the same distance. The Allenspur Approach Trail lies about 0.3 mile off. The climbing here is all sport, with 36 routes spread across a range from 5.8- to 5.12c. The median grade is 5.10c. Among the named routes are February Crack at 5.8-, Cold Feet at 5.10a, and Zombeez at 5.12c. Summer is the most comfortable time to climb. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Livingston show July highs around 82°F with lows near 52°F, while winter highs stay in the mid-30s. For more time outdoors, the Suce Creek and Suce Creek West hikes are within about 3 miles, and Luccock Park Camp and Pine Creek campgrounds are both roughly 7 miles away.
