Falls Point is a hard hike in the Scapegoat Wilderness, part of the Seeley Lake Ranger District of Lolo National Forest in Montana. The route is an out-and-back that climbs from about 5,500 feet to roughly 7,500 feet, with a total elevation gain of about 2,000 feet over a distance of about 5.4 miles. The Forest Service manages the land, and the trail is natural-surfaced and open year-round. Horses are allowed, but bikes are not. That makes the route a good fit for riders on foot or horseback, and the climb is steep enough to demand a steady pace. Several other trails start close by. Falls Point Cutacross is about 0.4 miles away, and Dry Fork and Hobnail Tom are each about half a mile off. For paddling, the North Fork Blackfoot River is about 3.9 miles away.
