Mill Falls Campground is a Forest Service site in the Rocky Mountain Ranger District of the Helena-Lewis and Clark National Forest in Montana, about 1 mile west of the South Fork of the Teton River. It has four campsites and vault toilets, and no fees are required to use it. The South Fork trailhead sits at the end of the road about a mile away, and from there the short hike to Our Lake leads to the Bob Marshall Wilderness. Our Lake is a year-round spot for mountain goats, pikas and yellow-bellied marmots. Bears may visit the area, so food must be stored in approved containers and removed from the site after eating. Never approach or feed wildlife. Summer is the most comfortable time to go. Typical July averages from the Gibson Dam weather station, about 18 miles away, run to a high of 79°F and a low of 45°F, and the station sits roughly 1,100 feet lower than the campground, so temperatures here run cooler. Nearby, Willis Trail is half a mile away and Lonesome Ridge is under a mile off. Cave Mountain Campground and the Tears of a Clown climbing area are both about 3 miles away.
