Woodchuck Trail is a cross-country ski route in Massachusetts, about 2 miles from the town of Rio Vista. It is a short out-and-back, roughly 0.4 miles long, with a total climb of about 56 feet and a steepest grade of about 4% near the middle of the route. The trail is rated moderate. Winter is the natural season for skiing here. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Bedford show January highs around 36°F and lows near 18°F, with snow on about 8 days that month. By April, snow days drop to about 2, and May brings typical highs near 70°F. Several other ski routes sit close by.
