Marion's Trail is a short, easy mountain biking route in Massachusetts, about 1.6 miles from the town of North Acton. The trail is an out-and-back, roughly 1.7 miles long, with a total climb of about 190 feet from the low point at 169 feet to the high point at 271 feet. The steepest stretch comes right at the start, about 0.05 miles in, with a grade of about 10 percent. Late spring and early fall are the most comfortable times to ride. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Bedford put May highs around 70°F and September highs around 74°F, with no snow days in those months. The station sits about 111 feet lower than the trail's high point, so temperatures on the climb run slightly cooler. Several other outings are close by. The Yellow hike and the Russell Trail are both within about a mile and a half, and the Nashua Acton & Boston Railroad Trail lies about 1.6 miles away. For paddling, Fort Pond Brook is about 4.3 miles off.
