Ruud Mountain
About
Ruud Mountain is a summit in Idaho, rising to about 6,700 feet roughly 1.5 miles from Sun Valley. It sits close to town, making it an easy addition to a day spent exploring the surrounding area. Summer is the most comfortable time to go. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Ketchum show July highs around 80°F with lows near 45°F, and the summit sits a few hundred feet higher than that station, so expect it to run a little cooler.
