Round Lake State Park

Round Lake State Park is a 147-acre state park in northern Idaho, about 5.4 miles from the town of Laclede. The land is managed by the state park agency. Summer is the most comfortable time to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station at Sandpoint show July and August highs around 82°F with only five or six wet days a month, while winter highs stay in the low to mid 30s. Two short hikes start close by: Trapper's Trail is about 0.6 miles away and Stewardship Trail about 0.8 miles. Springy Point campground sits roughly 5.4 miles off, and the Pend Oreille Lake Area offers lake fishing about 6.3 miles away.
