Weeping Cave is a climbing area in Idaho on Bureau of Land Management land within the Snake River Area of Critical Environmental Concern. It sits among a cluster of climbing and hiking spots, with the Palisades Creek climbing area just 0.2 miles away and Riverside Park Campground and Day Use Area about 3.5 miles off. The climbing here is all sport, with 11 routes on record. The grades run from 5.9+ to 5.13, and the most common are in the 5.11 range. Easy Street is the easiest route, and Bandwagon is the hardest at 5.13. Summer is the most comfortable time to climb. Typical averages from the nearby Swan Valley weather station put July highs around 85°F with lows near 46°F, and September is similar at about 75°F by day and 37°F at night. Winter is cold, with January highs around 30°F. Nearby, Little Sheep and Yeaman Creek are hikes within 3 miles, and the South Fork of the Snake River: Conant Boat Access is under 10 miles away for anglers.
