Lower Fifth Canyon is a climbing area in Q'Emiln Park in Idaho, on city land. It sits among a cluster of climbing walls and trails, with Garden Wall, Outback Wall and Upper Fifth Canyon all about 0.1 mile away, and the Upper Fifth Canyon Trail just as close. The canyon's routes run from sport climbing at 5.8 up to 5.11c, with 13 sport routes, two trad routes and one mixed route. The hardest is No Pryor Experience at 5.11c, and the easiest is Betty Cragger at 5.8. Bugaboo, a trad route at 5.11a, is another option. Summer is the most comfortable time to climb. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Coeur d'Alene show July and August highs around 83°F with only about four wet days a month, while winter highs stay near 36°F. Nearby, the Upper Fifth Canyon Trail and Garden Wall are both about 0.1 mile away. Outlaw Wall is about 0.2 mile off, and the John C.
