Garden of the Gods is a climbing area within Massacre Rocks State Park in Idaho, managed by State Park and Recreation. It sits among several other climbing clusters and trails, so it works well as a base for exploring the park's rock and hiking routes. The most comfortable months for a visit are typically June and September. Typical averages from a nearby weather station show June highs around 78°F and September highs around 77°F, with July and August climbing into the upper 80s. The Olympic Cluster, Underworld Cluster and Hindu climbing areas all lie about 0.1 mile away, and the River Trail is just as close. For an overnight stay, Pipeline Campground is about 6 miles off.
