Weasel Pass is a 3.7-mile out-and-back hike in Idaho's Caribou-Targhee National Forest, within the Montpelier Ranger District. The trail rises from about 7,437 feet to a high point of 8,111 feet, a climb of 511 feet, and is rated moderate. The Forest Service manages the land, and the trail is open year-round. The route is natural-surfaced and allows both horses and bikes, so it works for riders and pack animals as well as hikers. The climb is steady, and the pass itself makes a natural destination for a short outing in the district. Reservoir lies just 0.2 miles away, and Little Elk Creek and Boulevard are both within about a mile and a half. For an overnight stay, Clear Creek Guard Station is about 4.4 miles off.
