Warm Spring Creek is a 3.4-mile out-and-back hike in Idaho's Payette National Forest, within the Council Ranger District. The trail rises from about 3,758 feet to about 4,481 feet, a climb of 728 feet, and is rated moderate. The Forest Service manages the land. The route is natural-surfaced and allows bikes, so it works for hikers and riders alike. It stays open year-round, and the most comfortable stretch for a visit is late summer into early fall. Typical averages from a nearby weather station show July and August highs around 82°F with only four or five wet days a month, while winter highs sit near freezing. Cabin Creek campground and the Council Mountain hike both lie about 1.6 miles away, and Sheep Creek is about 2.1 miles off. For paddling, the Little Weiser River is roughly 9 miles away.
