Renwyck is a moderate out-and-back hike in the Emmett Ranger District of Boise National Forest in Idaho, about 8 miles from the town of Emmett. The trail is managed by the Forest Service and runs on natural surface, and it is open to both horses and bikes. The route climbs from about 4,700 feet to roughly 7,600 feet, with a total elevation gain of about 2,300 feet over the 8.3-mile round trip. That makes it a steady, moderate climb rather than a steep one, and the trail is set up for riders and pack animals as well as hikers. Several other trails sit within a couple of miles, including Joe's Creek and the Sagehen G Trail, both about 1.3 miles away, and the Antelope hike at about 1.6 miles. For an overnight stay, Antelope Campground is about 2.6 miles from the trail.
