North Lake is a 6.1-mile out-and-back hike in the McCall Ranger District of Payette National Forest in Idaho. It is a moderate trail with a one-way elevation gain of 1,821 feet, starting at about 5,896 feet and reaching a high point of roughly 7,717 feet. The trail is natural-surface and allows both horses and bikes. It is not an accessible trail. The Forest Service manages the surrounding land. Several other destinations sit within a few miles. Twentymile Trail (#085) is about 2.1 miles away, and Upper Payette Lake Campground is about 2.6 miles off. For paddling, the North Fork Payette River is about 5.8 miles away.
