Flume-S Fk Camas is a hard hike in Idaho's Frank Church-River of No Return Wilderness, on the Middle Fork Ranger District of the Salmon-Challis National Forest. The trail is an out-and-back that climbs from about 5,300 feet to nearly 8,900 feet, with a total elevation gain of 2,729 feet over a distance of about 18 miles. The route is on natural surface, and horses are allowed. Bikes are not. The Forest Service manages the land, and the trail is open year-round. Several other hikes sit within a few miles. Fly Creek and South Fork Camas are each about 1.4 miles away, and White Goat Ridge is about 1.6 miles off. Camas Creek, a canoeing route, is about 5.3 miles away.
