Redfish Lake Campground is a Forest Service campground in Idaho's Sawtooth National Recreation Area, part of the Sawtooth National Forest. It sits within the recreation area's ranger district, and the nearest town is Stanley, about a mile away. Summer is the most comfortable time to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Stanley show July and August highs around 80°F with lows in the upper 30s and only five or six wet days a month. Winters are cold, with January highs near 29°F and lows around 4°F. Several trails and other spots lie close by. Marshall Lake Cutoff is about 0.4 miles away and Redfish Creek - Baron Creek Trail about 0.5 miles. Redfish Cabin and Glacier View Campground are each roughly 0.9 miles off.
