The Orb is a bouldering area in north Georgia, set within the Crockford-Pigeon Mountain Wildlife Management Area, which the State Department of Natural Resources manages. It is a compact cluster of rock problems, with bouldering at the heart of the outing. The climbing here is all bouldering, and the routes span a wide range of grades from V0 up to V10. Fly Dawg is the easiest at V0, and Gumption is the hardest at V10. The median grade is V2, so there's something for climbers of all levels. The Bads and Golden Harvest Boulder sit within a quarter mile, and Euro Dog Area is about 0.2 miles away, making it easy to string together several bouldering spots in one trip. Rocktown Trail is 0.3 miles off and offers a hike if you want to add a walk.
