Red Trail is a short, easy hike of about 0.9 miles in Brooker Creek Headwaters, a city-managed area in Florida. The trail is flat, with a high point of about 55 feet and a low of about 53 feet, and the steepest stretch comes at about 0.6 miles in, with a grade of about 2 percent. It is a point-to-point route rather than a loop. Winter and early spring are the most comfortable time to go. Typical averages from a nearby weather station show January highs around 69°F and lows near 51°F, while summer brings highs near 91°F and the most wet days of the year. Bikes and horses are not allowed on this trail. The Blue Trail and Yellow Trail both start within half a mile, so it's easy to link them into a longer outing.
