Party Wall is a climbing area in Connecticut, about 1.8 miles from the town of Quebec. It sits among a cluster of other climbing spots, with Roof Wall (aka Name Wall), Ross Rocks and North End each about 0.1 mile away. The area offers a mix of traditional and sport climbing, with 12 routes in all. Grades range from 5.5 to 5.9 on the YDS scale, and the median is 5.8. Some of the named routes include Bed Spins (5.5, trad), Freshly Roasted (5.7, sport) and La Losa (5.8, sport). Pussy Wall (aka Panty Raid) is a top-rope route at 5.9. Summer is the most comfortable time to climb. Typical July averages from a nearby weather station in Hampton run around 80°F for highs and 60°F for lows, while January averages are near 36°F and 17°F. Within a short walk, the Old Furnace Trail lies about 0.6 mile away, and the Quinebaug Trail is roughly 7 miles off. Paddlers can find the Moosup River about 5.8 miles away, and the Sugar Brook Loop Trail is about 5.7 miles from the area.
