East Boundary Trail is a short, easy hike in Connecticut, about half a mile long and rising only 25 feet from its low point of 291 feet to a high of 337 feet. It starts close to Woodbridge, about 0.4 miles away, and makes a quick outing for anyone already exploring the area. The trail is a point-to-point route, and it's easy to fit into a longer walk. The West Boundary Trail and Meadow Trail both lie about 0.2 miles away, and the North Boundary Trail is about 0.6 miles off, so it's simple to link several of these boundary trails together in one trip. Bikes are allowed on this route, which makes it a good option for riders as well as hikers. The trip takes about half an hour, so plan on a short stop rather than a full day on foot. For a change of pace, the Raptor Woods Trail is about 1.8 miles away, and the Frankenrock climbing area is about 2 miles off.
