Boulevard is a short cross-country ski route in the Norwood Ranger District of the Grand Mesa, Uncompahgre and Gunnison National Forests in Colorado, about a mile from the town of Telluride. The trail is easy to navigate, covering less than a mile from a starting point at about 9,300 feet to a high point of roughly 9,520 feet. The route is a gentle climb, with a total elevation gain of about 200 feet. The steepest section comes early, around 0.23 miles in, where the grade reaches about 11%. The trail also has a small loss of about 90 feet in elevation, so it's not a strict ascent. Winter is the natural season for skiing here. Typical averages from a nearby weather station at Telluride run from highs around 36°F in December and January to about 38°F in February, with lows near 0°F. That station sits roughly 870 feet below the trail, so temperatures on the route tend to run a little cooler. Several other cross-country ski routes are close by, including Valley Floor and Upper Valley Floor, both about 0.8 miles away. Climbers can find Society Turn about a mile off, and Mary E Campground offers camping about 1.4 miles from the trail.
