Uncompahgre/Big Blue Wilderness is a climbing area in Colorado's Uncompahgre Wilderness, within the Ouray Ranger District of the Grand Mesa, Uncompahgre and Gunnison National Forests. The Forest Service manages the land, and the area sits inside designated wilderness. Coxcomb Peak, a mountaineering objective, lies under a mile away, and the Wetterhorn Basin hike is about a mile off.
