Nine Mile Bouldering is a bouldering area on Bureau of Land Management land in the Grand Junction Field Office in Colorado. It sits among a cluster of other named bouldering spots, including Slabalicious Boulder, Mistress Boulder and Dermal Death Boulder, all within a mile of one another. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station show May highs around 74°F and October highs around 66°F. That station sits about 800 feet lower than this area, so temperatures here run a little cooler. The single route listed is Hail Mary, a V4 boulder problem. Climbers can pair this with other boulders in the immediate area, such as the Southie Area, or ride the Tabeguache Trail or the mountain bike trail near East Creek in Unaweep Canyon, both about 1.6 miles away.
