Gargoyle Wall is a climbing area in Castlewood Canyon State Park in Colorado, managed by State Fish and Wildlife. It sits among a cluster of climbing spots, with Punani Area/North Canyon and Punani Boulder each about 0.2 miles away and Cat's Den about 0.3 miles off. For comfortable weather, aim for late spring or early fall. Typical averages from a nearby weather station show May highs around 67°F and September highs around 76°F, while July climbs to about 85°F and winter highs hover near 43°F. The Creek Bottom Trail and Homestead Trail are both within half a mile for a walk before or after climbing. For an overnight stay, The Pinery RV Lot is about 7 miles away.
