The Forgotten Wall is a sport climbing area in the Norwood Ranger District of the Grand Mesa, Uncompahgre and Gunnison National Forests in Colorado, managed by the Forest Service. It sits among a cluster of climbing and hiking routes, with Dallas Peak and the Mill Creek Connector hike just steps away. The area has five sport routes, all rated between 5.11a and 5.12a. Zemstvo is the easiest at 5.11a, and Bonne Chance and Pai Mei are the hardest at 5.11d and 5.12a. All were first ascended by Patricio Vyhmeister in 2011. Summer is the most comfortable time to climb. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Telluride show July highs around 77°F with lows near 41°F, while winter highs stay in the mid-30s. Nearby, the Mill Creek Basin Backcountry Camp is about 1.4 miles away, and the Sun Block aka Southernmost Boulder climbing area is about 1.5 miles off.
