The Bouldering problems area is a climbing spot in Castlewood Canyon State Park in Colorado. The land is managed by State Fish and Wildlife, and the boulders sit among several of the park's established climbing areas, so it fits easily into a day spent moving between crags. Early fall is the most comfortable time to climb here. Typical averages from a weather station in Elizabeth, about 7 miles away and at nearly the same elevation, show September highs around 76°F with lows near 46°F, and October highs around 63°F. Midsummer runs warmer, with July highs averaging about 85°F. Other climbing areas are right next door. The Shakespearean Theatre & Revolution Buttress and Coat of Arms Corner and The Rat Cracks are each about 0.1 mile away, and so is the Rimrock Trail. The Climber's access (Castlewood Canyon C-Section) trail lies about 0.2 mile off.
