The 420s is a climbing area in northern Colorado, sitting within Bliss State Wildlife Area inside the Canyon Lakes Ranger District of the Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests. The land is managed by State Fish and Wildlife. Summer is the most comfortable time to climb here. A nearby weather station at Rustic, at nearly the same elevation, records typical July highs around 78°F with lows near 47°F, while winter highs average only about 36°F. Orange Wall, South Ridge and Vista Crag are all about 0.4 miles away, and Big Bend Campground is roughly 1.6 miles off for an overnight stay.
