West Stillwater Trail is a mountain biking route in the Sulphur Ranger District of the Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests in Colorado. The trail is about 9 miles long, with a total elevation gain of 1,547 feet, and it starts at roughly 9,800 feet, rising to about 10,400 feet before descending to around 9,000 feet at the end. Summer is the most comfortable time to ride. Typical averages from a nearby weather station at about 9,000 feet show July highs around 73°F with lows near 40°F, while temperatures on the higher parts of the trail run cooler. Winter is cold, with January highs near 29°F. Sherman Creek Trail is less than a mile away, and Cascade Chute and the Kauffman Creek Spur are both within about a mile and a half. For an overnight stay, Denver Creek Campground is about 5.6 miles off.
