Jacks Gulch Cg Loop Trail is a short, easy loop in the Canyon Lakes Ranger District of the Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests in Colorado, managed by the Forest Service. The trail is about 1.15 miles long, with a total elevation gain of 73 feet, and it sits at a low point of about 8,137 feet and a high of about 8,218 feet. Summer is the most comfortable time to go. Typical averages from a nearby weather station at a similar elevation show July highs around 78°F with lows near 47°F, while winter highs stay in the mid-30s. The trail is a natural-surface route, and bikes are allowed. It makes an easy pairing with an overnight stay at Jacks Gulch Campground, about 0.2 miles away, or Jacks Gulch Group Campground, about 0.3 miles away. The Pingree Park Road climbing area is about 1.2 miles off, and the Fish Creek hike is about 1.3 miles away.
