Campsite WG 10 is a Forest Service campground in the Gunnison Ranger District of the Grand Mesa, Uncompahgre and Gunnison National Forests in Colorado. The land is managed by the Forest Service, and the site sits among a cluster of numbered campsites in this part of the district. Summer is the most comfortable time to visit. Typical averages from the nearby Crested Butte weather station, which sits about 1,000 feet lower, show July highs around 76°F with lows near 40°F, while winter highs stay in the mid-20s and lows drop to single digits. Several other campsites are close by. Campsite WG 9 and Campsites WG 3-5 are each about 0.3 miles away. Washington Gulch Road, a backcountry ski route, is about 0.4 miles off.
