Sweet Relief is a bouldering area in California, about 2 miles from the community of Menifee Lakes. It sits among a cluster of climbing areas, with Serengeti just 0.1 mile away and Onigiri and The Lion's Den within a third of a mile. The name of the area's highest-grade route, Sweet Relief, is also the name of the area itself. The climbing here is all bouldering, with five routes ranging from V0 to V4. Sweet Arete and Relative Peace were both first ascents by Skyler Irish, and Sweet Relief, the V4, is the hardest of the five. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to visit. Typical averages from the San Jacinto weather station, about 12 miles away, show April highs near 74°F and October highs near 82°F, while July and August average in the mid-90s. Salt Creek Trail is about 3.4 miles away for a hike, and the San Jacinto River offers paddling roughly 7.6 miles off.
