Slap Happy Boulder is a climbing area on Bureau of Land Management land within the Bishop Field Office in California, about 10 miles from Bishop. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to visit. The station sits a few hundred feet lower than the boulder, so temperatures here may run a little cooler.
