Ridge Trail is a bouldering area in the Trabuco Ranger District of Cleveland National Forest in California, managed by the Forest Service. It sits among a cluster of climbing areas, with El Cariso and Hot Shots Area each about 0.1 mile away. The climbing here is all bouldering, with 11 routes spread across the V1- to V5 range. The easiest are Mohawk Kid at V1- and Forex at V2, while Switch Hitter reaches V5. The median grade is V2. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station run from highs around 74°F in April to 82°F in October, while July and August average highs in the mid-90s. That station sits well below the area, so temperatures at the boulders run cooler. Nearby, the Viejo Tie and Falcon hikes are each about a mile away, and Falcon Group campground is about 1.3 miles off.
