Devil's Canyon is a climbing area within Long Ridge Open Space Preserve in California, on Regional Agency Land. It sits among a cluster of climbing areas, with Stoner Cave, Old Problem List and Aquarian Valley all about 0.1 mile away. The climbing here is a mix of sport routes and boulders. The routes run from about 5.10b up to 5.12b on the YDS scale, with some V3 to V5 boulders. Among the named routes are Chewy's Lookout (5.10b, sport) and Mother Load (5.11b, sport), along with the boulder problem ZPG Now! (V3). Summer is the most comfortable time to visit. At a nearby weather station, typical July and August highs average about 81°F with only one or two wet days a month, while winter months see highs around 55°F and rain on about 14 days. The station sits about 300 feet lower than the canyon, so temperatures up high run a bit cooler. Hikers can reach Peter's Creek Falls Trail and Chestnut Trail within half a mile, and paddlers will find Pescadero Creek about 6.7 miles away.
